In terms of manufacturing, an integrated process flow is employed, incorporating CNC hobbing, broaching, precision milling, gear grinding, and precision boring, with stringent control over parameters such as module, number of teeth, tooth profile, helix angle, bore diameter, and keyway dimensions. The gear tooth surfaces are smooth and well‑formed, with uniform meshing clearances, resulting in low vibration, reduced noise, and minimal power loss during transmission. Depending on requirements, we can machine spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears (spur bevel gears), large‑diameter cast gears, and internal gears; we also support non‑standard deep‑hole machining operations such as keyways, countersinks, steps, and flanges. Additionally, surface treatments—including blackening, quenching, or grinding—can be applied to effectively prevent corrosion.

What is your payment term?
We support T/T, Western Union, L/C and other international payment methods. 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for customized orders.
How to guarantee product quality?
We implement full-process quality inspection: raw material incoming inspection, semi-finished product processing inspection, finished product size and hardness testing, and final packaging inspection. All products can provide inspection reports.
What is your production and delivery lead time?
Standard parts have sufficient stock, delivery within 3-7 working days. Customized products take 7-15 working days according to quantity and processing difficulty. We support urgent order production.
What materials do you use for your products?
We mainly use 45# carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, stainless steel and other high-quality materials. Surface treatment includes quenching and tempering, high-frequency quenching, blackening, galvanizing, oxidation resistance treatment, etc.
